EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At ANNA BRAIM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, an item is not suitable, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 business days from the date of delivery, provided that the item:

has not been worn or used;

remains in its original condition;

shows no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage;

has all original tags, labels, and seals attached; and

is returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

ANNA BRAIM reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.

If your order was placed through your ANNA BRAIM account, please log in to your account, go to Order History, select the relevant order, and submit a return or exchange request. You may confirm the original delivery address as the collection address or provide a different collection address when submitting your request.

If your order was placed without creating an account, please contact our Customer Care team by email at info@annabraim.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 55 327 5528. Please provide your order number, full name, contact number, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Once your request has been approved, ANNA BRAIM will arrange for a courier to collect the item from the agreed address.

Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected to ensure that it meets the conditions of this Policy. If the return is approved, the requested exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage, or that otherwise do not meet the conditions of this Policy, may not be accepted for return or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed following approval of the returned item. Please note that the courier service charges a 2.5% Cash on Delivery processing fee, which is non-refundable and will therefore be deducted from the total refund amount.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT

We offer delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery is complimentary on all orders within the UAE.

We accept online card payments and Cash on Delivery. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that the courier service charges a 2.5% processing fee for Cash on Delivery payments. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if the order is returned.
