Credit & Debit Cards

You can pay securely online at checkout using a credit or debit card or any other payment method available on the Website.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

All online payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. Anna Braim does not store your full payment card details.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Payment must be made to the courier upon receipt of your order.

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount in the event of a return.

DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery is complimentary on all orders within the UAE.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for delivery to the address provided at checkout. Our courier or a member of the Anna Braim team may contact you if any additional information is required to complete the delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are complete and accurate to avoid delays.

While we always aim to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
